Admission to school is generally based on the student's performance in an Entrance Test.
However, this test may be waved at the discretion of the school authorities.

Candidates Applying for Admission must be on residence visa

Age Guidelines

KG 1: Three years complete by the 15th of April
KG 2: Four years complete by the 15th of April
Grade 1: 5 years complete by the 15th of April

At the time of admission the following documents are required:

  1. Two copies of the student's Passport and mother's passport/father's passport with the visa page included. (Original passport is required for verification).
  2. Two stamp-sized and four passport sized photographs of the student.
  3. Photocopy of the original mark-sheet of the last examination passed at the previous school.
  4. Two copies of the birth certificate attested by the respective consulates/embassies in the case of children born outside the U.A.E
  5. Photocopy of the student's vaccination card [KG 1 to Grade 1].
  6. Original transfer certificate (duly attested by the concerned educational authority, in the case of transfer from another emirate).

For students coming from outside the UAE the following order of attestation must be observed for the Transfer Certificate:

In the case of overseas transfer, the transfer certificate should be duly attested by:

  1. District Education Officer of the concerned district
  2. Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the country the student is coming from
  3. U.A.E Embassy in the country the student is coming from
  4. Consulate of the respective country in the U.A.E

All Admissions are subject to approval by the Ministry of Education.

Withdrawal

  1. One month written notice of intention of withdrawal is to be submitted to the school authorities.
  2. The 'Clearance Form', duly completed is to be submitted at the School Office along with a fee of Dhs. 15/- towards the Transfer Certificate after the letter of intent. In case of overseas transfer, additional fee of Dhs. 15/- is to be remitted towards the stamping process of transfer certificate with the Ministry of Education. 
  3. One month fee in lieu of notice will be charged if written notice is not given.
  4. Transfer Certificate will be issued only after all school dues have been cleared.

Strike-Off Rules:
A pupil's name will be struck off the school rolls on the following grounds: 

  1. Consistent failure to pay fees on due date.
  2. Absence from school for a period of 30 continuous days without prior permission of the school authorities.
  3. Repeated failure in any class for a period of 2 years in succession,
  4. For gross misconduct resulting in damage to the fair name of the School.
    The pupil whose name is struck off the rolls may be considered for re-admission to the School at the Headmaster's discretion, but may be required to go through all the formalities of new admission cases.

Fee Structure & Regulations

  1. School fees should be paid by the 10th of every month. In cases where dues are not cleared by the 20th of the month, the name of the defaulter will be removed from the school rolls and re-admission will be granted only on payment of a re-admission fee.
  2. Students will not be permitted to attend school if their fees are not paid.
  3. The Tuition and Transport fees to be paid each month are fixed hence no bills are issued. If, however, there are any additional payments to be made for any special facilities provided, they will be intimated to parents by way of a notice.
  4. Non-payment of fees may result in Progress Report being withheld. 
  5. Withdrawal from school transport is permitted only in exceptional cases and must be applied for on special forms available from the school transport office.
  6. Changes in Pick-up points must also be processed on special forms available from the transport incharge.
